Bio

I am an M&A professional who has led valuations of hundreds of businesses and been the lead analyst on over 25 acquisitions to date. I am deeply passionate about supporting innovative businesses by leveraging my analytical skills to attract capital, find synergies with acquirers and help leaders make strategic investment decisions. I have worked buyside roles in the health care, automotive, and B2B SaaS / DaaS verticals and have consulted with startups and small businesses in climate tech, manufacturing, health care, mass media and more. In my free time, I am an avid backpacker and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I will sit down with you, listen to your pitch, and play the role of VC by asking the tough questions that will allow you to not only sharpen your pitch, but your business as well. My goal with every startup is to work jointly with you to refine the story you tell of your business into one that is clear, comprehensive, & compelling.

  • M&A

    I offer end-to-end M&A advisory services, guiding clients through the entire process, from strategy development & transaction partner identification to deal negotiation & closure. I will leverage my years of experience valuing hundreds of businesses and utilize my extensive network of industry specialists to identify the best opportunities that align with your strategic & financial objectives. I only get paid a transaction fee and don’t see a dollar until we close the deal.
